Drying Specialists GUARANTEES all water damage and water removal work we perform on your property will leave it bone dry or we will come and repair any water damaged area again at no charge.

If any surfaces that we dry out (i.e. walls, flooring, ceilings, or cabinets) should not be dried to an acceptable level at the time of completion due to our work we will come back to the job site and reevaluate the area again at no charge to you or your clients. We do not cover a new source of water, failure by the owner to fix the issue that caused the water loss, or a new water loss in the same area in our guarantee.
